This card is to aid parents of children and vulnerable adults who may not be confident enough to say no especially if subject to peer pressure.
The card is designed to provide clear notice and avoid confusion or doubt as to why children and vulnerable adults require express consent of a parent or legal guardian with regards to Covid treatment.
The Gillick competency test cannot be satisfied for Covid treatments that are in phase 3 trial, this is because it is unknown if any medium or long-term effects, or side effects exist.  "Understanding the risk and potentially adverse effects" is therefor not possible which is one of the essential tests for Gillick competence.
